It is currently in the process of being edited by the publishers. I’m busy checking every recipe again to make sure 🙂
We’ve also been working on with Charles’ new vegetable diary which is out at the end of the month – I’ve worked as the consulting editor for this publication, hence the ‘we’ part but really it has been mostly a brilliant combination of the talents of Charles’ writing and photos, Lucy and Robert‘s design skills and Elizabeth Balfour’s amazing editing.
I’ve also been busy at Homeacres, at work and travelling to Ireland for several sell-out no dig workshops taught by Charles. And my own garden too, of course!
Our book explains how to set up a no dig garden and grow food year round even in the smallest of spaces including composting, dealing with pests, sowing, timings, what to grow, crop protection…
ideas for creating seasonal plant based food, based on the meals I make for our courses:
growing and using edible flowers:
making natural cosmetics, cleaning products, garden preparations and more.
Exciting times! The book is published spring 2017.
