Well that’s inspiring.
I think everybody, even if we’ve grown vegetables all our lives, can learn something from that.

No Dig Gardening

Instead of turning the soil, I spread an annual mulch of compost. This layer is incorporated into the soil by the diverse organisms living below. Their actions of eating and excreting improves the soil’s structure and fertility, making it excellent for growing food and other crops.

“Tasty and affordable recipes.”

This book is a joy, excellent recipes with easily accessible ingredients, I am vegan and often books I have bought the recipes are complicated and contain hard to get ingredients, this is the complete opposite. Recipes are well thought out use seasonal ingredients easy to obtain and affordable, especially if you grow your own. Added extra was excellent chapters on making own beauty and cleaning products. Excellent purchase hope the author will be writing more, I for one will definitely buy them.

I am so excited about this book!”

I have brought lots of cook books which seem really great by the cover but only have a handful of useful practical recipes inside so I never really pick the book up to cook from. This book is different. There are sooo many things in here that I want to make and so much inspirational ideas. It all looks so delicious. As I am trying to grow my own veg and follow a largely plant based diet, I find this book really useful in helping me turn all my veggies into tasty wholesome meals. And there are skin care recipes too. I cant wait to make beetroot lip balm!
